Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy in your new clothes, so when there really is a problem, we will exchange or refund your purchase.
We do everything to get your order correct BEFORE shipping, which is why we ask you to confirm your size when ordering, and are happy to answer any questions about size, fit, materials etc. This is because we are a very small company and cannot cover the costs of your returns.
PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE MAKING ANY RETURNS.
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us to check on availability of your desired item.
You will need to pay for any return postage and for the new postage of any exchanged items. We will not accept any “pay on arrival” packages. We recommend you use a reliable postal service or courier that gives you a tracking number and insures for the value of your goods. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post and the package will be your responsibility until it reaches us.
We will wait for the payment of any new shipping to be confirmed before proceeding with shipping your exchanged item.
Once checked that the merchandise is in perfect condition and that the payment has been confirmed, we will proceed to the refund of the payment, except for the costs for the initial shipment, even in the event that it was not charged to the client initially.
Please note that “SALE” items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
